There’s still just one choice for condos here: Silo Point.
Silo Point
1200 Steuart Street | 24-story tower, built in 2009, with 228 units
Silo Point is maybe the most creative redevelopment in Baltimore, an enormous 1920s railroad grain silo, transformed into condos, parking, and restaurants. Like the Harborview Tower to its west, it’s by far the largest and tallest building in the area, and can be seen for miles. It’s proudly industrial inside and out, with exposed equipment, raw concrete, and flat expanses of glass. Two restaurants are on the building’s ground floor, the Silo .5% Wine Bar and Miguels Cocina y Cantina. Residents get 24-hr security, concierge, secure parking garage, guest parking, fitness center, spa, and available room service from its restaurants.
