Pierside is the Harborview Tower’s more subtle cousin, blending in with the nearby townhomes and the trees on Key Highway.  The building started as apartments, then changed to privately-owned condos a few years later. Its residences also have access to the Tower’s large fitness center.

801 Key Highway | 5-story property, built in 2008, with 190 units
Home to Baltimore’s highest-priced condominiums, the Ritz-Carlton is the jewel of Harborview, and likely the most luxury-focused condo community in the city. It offers its residents exceptional service and more amenities than I can list here.

 The Towers at Harbor Court

10 East Lee Street (Otterbein) | 29-story tower, built in 1987, with 166 units
Baltimore started its luxury high-rise market with the development of the Towers in 1987. The complex includes condos, office space, and the Royal Sonesta hotel. The three conjoined towers remain the tallest condominiums in the city, though many other condo towers are within a few dozen feet of it, and the Charles Tower apartments are a bit taller. Residents get 24 hour security and desk staff, a doorman, secure garage parking, guest parking spots, a visitor/guest suite, and a fitness center and indoor pool (membership extra).
